We work with state-of-the-art hardware, that means we don't have any pre-built computer ready for shipment. We have to order most components, assemble the computer, and test it, which can take approximately 7 to 10 business days. Because technology is evolving rapidly and we exclusively sell cutting-edge Mini-ITX SFF computers, we can't maintain a large inventory of outdated hardware. We appreciate our customers' understanding.

We take photos for each customer during the assembly process and keep them informed about the parts that need to be ordered, those that have already arrived, and the estimated assembly time. We do everything we can to ensure your computer is being built and is running smoothly. Video calls are also available!

Premium Shipping:
We also offer a White Glove Delivery Service. We personally deliver the computer to your door, connect all the external devices, explain all the functions and hardware capabilities in detail, perform hard drive and benchmark tests, and show you how to maintain your computer.

Personalized Customer Support:
Before purchasing a computer, customers are welcome to call or email us if they have specific requirements or are unsure whether the machine can run a particular game in 4K resolution at over 60 FPS, and we will test it.
